G & B West Sussex Feb 2009

We’ve had the most amazing time here on our Honeymoon. This definitely beats the Caribbean in our opinion. The views and scenery are breathtaking and the weather has been perfect. A real retreat from the outside world – most of the walks we went on were in virgin snow – the only other foot prints were those of Deer, Rabbits and all sorts of other creatures. It could not have been more romantic.

Rowan Cottage is a little Gem and we feel so privileged to have stayed here. The welcome pack was indeed welcoming. Mairi Mae your Chocolate Cake and Homemade Marmalade were lovely. John’s tip of putting the cake in the microwave is a brilliant one!

We will definitely recommend Rowan to any one who will listen to us and hope to visit again during the summer months as there is so much more we want to see and do.
